The course will take you from a state of anxiety and uncertainty to a feeling

Work with breathing, healthy back, strong arms, preparation of the

relief of the symptoms of hemorrhoids and constipation
As your pregnancy progresses, your pelvic floor and core muscles become stretched. The body changes a lot - it is rebuilt, and muscles stretch to accommodate your growing baby. It’s natural. Treat your body with understanding and gratitude. Pain and tension during pregnancy can be relieved with special exercises and possible problems after childbirth will go away if you prevent them.
After completing the course you will:

Contraindications:
The very first and most important contraindication is a prohibition from your gynecologist managing the pregnancy!
Yoga is not pregnancy management; only a gynecologist can advise you about the tests!
Here is a list of common contraindications mentioned by doctors:
Hypertonicity of the uterus, the threat of miscarriage.
Placenta previa - when the placenta is located close to the “exit” of the uterus, partially or completely blocking it.
Chronic severe diseases of the liver, kidneys, and cardiovascular system.
Uterine bleeding at any stage of pregnancy.
Polyhydramnios, as well as oligohydramnios and leakage of amniotic fluid.
Late toxicosis of pregnant women (preeclampsia) accompanied by persistent high blood pressure, edema, and protein in the urine.
Severe anemia (hemoglobin level less than 70 g/l).
Diseases of the blood system (tendency to form blood clots and bleeding).
